Schedule a Pickup: Use our app, iOS/Android, or website to choose a pickup date and time that fits your schedule.

Prepare Your Laundry: Gather your laundry into a bag. If it’s your first time, any standard bag will do; we’ll provide a branded bag for your future use.

Professional Cleaning: We’ll collect your laundry and take it to our facility where our team of professionals will wash, dry, and fold your items with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Delivery Back to You: Once your laundry is fresh and ready, we’ll deliver it back to your doorstep at a pre-arranged time.

Our laundry pricing is straightforward and tailored to meet different needs with two convenient sizes:

Medium Tote: Perfect for single people or smaller families, our medium tote fits up to 20 pounds of laundry and is priced at $44.

Large Tote: Ideal for larger families, this tote accommodates up to 30 pounds of laundry for $61.

At THC Co., we aim to provide the best care for your laundry. However, there are certain items we're unable to accept due to specialty care requirements or health and safety concerns. These include:

Specialty Care Items: Wedding dresses, costumes, hats/headwear, and shoes.

Personal Care Items: Thinx/period underwear, cloth diapers, and training pants.

Health and Safety Concerns: Soiled bedding or clothing, wet items, and items contaminated with human or pet soil (urine, feces, blood, vomit, etc.).

Infestations: Items with bed bugs, lice, or any other insects.

Strong Odors: Items with cigarette, cigar, or marijuana smoke or odor.

Cleaning Challenges: Excessive pet hair, poison ivy or poison oak oils, cooking grease or motor grease, hazardous chemical residue, drug paraphernalia, excessively soiled items, and items with caked-on mud or dirt.

Our goal is to ensure a safe and efficient cleaning process for both our customers and our team. If you have items that fall into these categories, please make alternative cleaning arrangements. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a high standard of service.

At THC Co., we use eco-friendly detergent packed with stain-fighting enzymes. It's unscented, and free from synthetic fragrances, dyes, formaldehyde, petrochemicals, phosphates, and harmful chemicals. Clean, green, and effective – that’s our promise.

At THC Co., we take pride in our robust loss protection policy, designed to give you peace of mind. On the off chance something goes amiss - be it a missing or damaged item - we're committed to making things right.

For Damaged Items: Spot a problem? Snap a photo and reach out to our Support Squad by emailing support@thehousekeeperco.com. If an item is damaged or goes missing, we've got your back with reimbursement up to its full value, following our terms and conditions.

Limits to Coverage: We can't cover damages from normal wear and tear, such as color fading, shrinkage, button damage, or piling. Also, we're not on the hook for damages stemming from incorrect wash settings chosen by you or items left in laundry bags.

Reporting Timeline: Got an issue? Let our customer experience team know within seven days of your order's delivery. For missing items, we'll hunt them down, but if they're still MIA after ten days, we'll proceed with reimbursement according to our policy.

Direct Reporting: Please remember, mentioning it to your housekeeper doesn't count as an official report. Email our support for that.

Exceptions: We can't be responsible for missing socks or items left in pockets or the laundry bag, like keys, electronics, money, or jewelry. These are outside our coverage.
